We are now in 2023, we have a cost of living crisis, looming recession and a government that doesn't know what it's doing. Pre-Brexit, the UK landscape for creative musicians was actually quite fertile. Post-Brexit and post-pandemic, the situation is fairly dire with more and more music venues closing each week. Luckily, I love teaching, and have been focusing my energies on that!
